  • Dust all surfaces (tables, shelves, furniture, ceiling fans)

  • Vacuum or sweep floors and rugs

  • Mop hard floors

  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Empty trash and replace liners

  • Check and replace light bulbs if needed

  • Check for and address any odors

  • Inventory art, decor, and supplies

  • Report missing items

  • Report any maintenance issues or damage

 
Bathroom Cleaning
  • Scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs

  • Replace towels and toiletries

  • Launder towels

  • Refill toilet paper, hand soap, and other amenities

  • Report any issues  

Kitchen and Laundry Room Cleaning
  • Clean countertops, stove, and microwave

  • Wash dishes and utensils or run the dishwasher

  • Check washer and dryer, wipe down inside and outside

  • Check and restock essential items like coffee, tea, sugar, napkins, paper towels, etc.

  • Wipe down appliances (fridge, dishwasher) and cabinet fronts

  • Clean the interior of the oven, appliances, refrigerators, freezer, microwave, etc.

  • Empty and clean the coffee maker, toaster, and other small appliances

  • Launder kitchen linens as needed

  • Report any issues


Bedroom Cleaning
  • Change bed linens and pillowcases. Launder.

  • Fluff pillows and arrange them neatly

  • Vacuum or clean under the bed

  • Check for any misplaced items or personal belongings left by previous guests.

  • Report any issues


Cleaning Common Areas
  • Dust or wipe down common areas like living rooms or dining spaces

  • Vacuum upholstery and cushions

  • Arrange or adjust furniture and decorative items as needed

  • Check for any damages or maintenance issues

  • Report any issues


Maintaining Exterior Areas
  • Sweep or tidy up outdoor spaces such as patios, balconies, or entryways

  • Clean outdoor furniture

  • Clean outdoor grill or outdoor kitchen items

  • Supervise or provide lawn service

Turnover Cleaning
  • Spot-clean carpets or upholstery as needed

  • Schedule maintenance for cleaning carpet, curtain, and upholstery cleaning

  • Flip mattresses

  • Steam clean ducts

  • Ensure door mats are clean and changed out as needed

  • Clean windows

  • Dust and/or vacuum blinds and shades

  • Let in fresh air and address odors
